Are you a public decision-maker or part of a public organisation and wondering how Natural Language Processing (NLP) could support digital public transformation and digitalisation?

This report looks at how public administrations can apply NLP in the provision of public services on EU and national level. It provides a hands-on guide on how NLP applications can be built, followed by examples of successful NLP initiatives across Europe. Finally, the report includes the development and evaluation of a Proof-of-Concept to automatically provide metadata to public service HTML pages using Natural Language Processing.
