Interoperable Europe has launched a public consultation to help update the Interoperable Europe Agenda - the EU’s main instrument for coordinating priorities on public sector interoperability and setting out the roadmap for implementing the Interoperable Europe Act.
Your feedback will help the Interoperable Europe Board review what should stay, what should change, and what should be added in the next iteration of the Agenda.
Who can take part?
The consultation is open to everyone. Input is especially welcomed from the Interoperable Europe Community, interoperability coordinators, and public administrations at all levels.
What’s being consulted on?
The consultation focuses on the main elements of the adopted Agenda, including priorities and actions on:

needs for developing interoperability solutions

Interoperable Europe support and innovation measures

synergies with other EU and national programmes and initiatives
-
financial opportunities that can support the Agenda’s priorities
The consultation also gathers views on candidate solutions for the label “Interoperable Europe solution” as a way to highlight mature, reusable solutions that can help build better interoperable public services.
How to participate
You can access the consultation via the Interoperable Europe Portal. The consultation is conducted through a web form and takes around 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
The questionnaire is structured around the main elements of the adopted Agenda and invites you to reflect on the current priorities and actions. Your answers will directly support the Interoperable Europe Board in reviewing and updating the Agenda.
If you wish, you can also upload supporting materials such as a short position paper, article or other document to complement your contribution.
Deadline
The consultation will remain open for four weeks via the Interoperable Europe Portal.

We encourage you to take a few minutes to share your views and help shape the next phase of the Interoperable Europe Agenda.
All feedback received will contribute to the update of the Interoperable Europe Agenda. Building on the evidence gathered through this consultation, the Board’s Permanent Working Group will discuss the content of the next iteration, following a co-creation approach with Member States. Preliminary results may be presented and discussed at the 4th Interoperable Europe Board meeting, currently scheduled for May 2026.
