Description
# # Project view
The National Digital Data Platform (PDND) enables the interoperability of the information systems of public service bodies and managers, making the principle ‘once-only’ concrete. Platform members will be able to communicate with each other in a simple, fast and secure way, without having to ask citizens for information already in the possession of other entities.
# # Advantages
# # # For citizens
Citizens and businesses will no longer have to provide the information that institutions already have, whenever they need access to a service. This will have the main effect of simplifying and speeding up the time to use public services, ensuring the security of data subjects’ data.
# # # For the country
Thanks to the standardisation of processes, the Platform enables institutions to exchange information in a secure and immediate manner and facilitates its re-use by all actors involved. This enables a virtuous and qualified collaboration between the different bodies and institutions by enabling them to deliver public services faster and more efficiently.
# # # Additional information
The product in its entirety is dismissed under an EUPL version 1.2 licence. Please note: the software project is organised with a monorep structure. Therefore, by exploring the repository, you can explore individual packages, each containing dedicated licensing and self-ship information.
