As a new member of The Portal, I've been exploring the various collections and resources available. I'm impressed by the depth of material and the collaborative tools, but I believe there's potential to make cross-collection collaboration even stronger.

I want to open a discussion on how we could:

• Improve visibility between related collections (e.g., between open-source solutions, semantic interoperability, and digital government initiatives).
• Promote shared use cases or pilots across member states.
• Enable better tagging or federation mechanisms to surface relevant discussions across collections.

Are there existing tools or workflows within The Portal that already support this kind of cross-linking? Has anyone tried creating a “meta-collection” or thematic bridge across multiple areas?
