The Open digital-ready policymaking framework is a guidance mechanism designed to support the systematic integration of digital considerations into policymaking. This course highlights the main building blocks of the framework, namely:

• The conceptual foundation of digital-ready policymaking, including its definition, origins, and benefits; 
• The key digital-ready policymaking instruments across the policymaking cycle; 
• The role of capacity building in ensuring effective implementation of digital-ready policymaking. 

At the end of the training, participants will be able to understand the potential benefits of implementing the Open digital-ready policymaking framework, and the actions needed to implement it.
