Catalonia distributes its innovation map under EUPL-1.2

The Ministry of Education of Catalonia wants to accompany the country's educational centres in the process of educational transformation to meet the needs of the 21st century and to recognise the efforts being made in terms of educational innovation.

The pedagogical innovation map of Catalonia is an instrument that locates and visualises in the territory all the initiatives linked to innovation and to educational research. Such initiatives are developed in educational centres that have been recognised by the Department of Education since 2015, in accordance with the Pedagogical Innovation Framework of Catalonia.

The innovation map source code is distributed on the GitHub software forge under the European Union Public Licence (EUPL-1.2)

The innovation map aims to promote networking among centres that share educational objectives throughout the territory, and to value information that facilitates decision-making throughout the educational community, the administration and other agents. This decision-making tool must promote inclusion, cohesion and equity. It should facilitate the participation of all schools in educational success and innovation for improvement.
