The CAMSS Team initiated the assessments of the Integrated Beneficiary Registry (IBR) standard using the CAMSS as a Service (CAMSSaaS) EIF Scenario Content Review modality. This CAMSSaaS content review focused on assessing the interoperability level of the standard.
The Social Registry standard is being submitted to address the current fragmentation between Social Registry and Social Protection (SP) information systems under the Digital Convergence Initiative (DCI). Today, countries rely on disconnected, bespoke integrations that hinder timely, accurate data exchange for eligibility, enrollment, and lifecycle updates. The intended use of the SR standard is to provide a unified, standardized, and secure framework for data and API interoperability, enabling consistent and automated information flows between Social Registry and SP systems and improving the overall reliability and efficiency of service delivery.
